Program Details

The selected candidates would be put through a rigorous training Program
for 1 year that consists of the following:

• A 6 month Management Development Program at an academic institution covering
  General Management with emphasis on select specialized business domains
• On-the-job training
• Off-the-job training
• Mentoring by Senior Managers
• Continuous monitoring with interim reviews on a quarterly basis
  
• Final review at the end of the year to decide functional allocation
