What salary and benefits will the company offer?

A) As the company is looking for the best and brightest of Omani Graduates, it will be offering an attractive Salary which will be at par with the best in the industry. During the first year of training, this will be in the form of a consolidated stipend. Upon successful completion of the training program and absorption in the management cadre, appropriate salary and benefits as applicable to the specific positions, will be offered.

What is the bonus policy of the company?

A) Company pays Ex-Gratia to every employee at the end of the year, which is based on the profits of the company as well as the individual performance levels. This is subject to the employee having put in a minimum of 3 months service during the year. However, this is completely performance based and discretionary with the management, though in the past this has been anywhere between 2 – 3 months salary.
