About the hiring process

How will you shortlist from the applications?

A) The shortlisting from the applications will be done keeping in mind the academic performance in the college as well as various extra-curricular activities. We are looking for balanced and all round individuals. The short-listed candidates will then be subjected to an online aptitude test which will be computer based.

Which batches will you hire from? What about last year’s batch?

A) We are looking for people from the current batch (graduating in June 2010) as well as one batch senior.

Which streams are you interested in?

A) We are interested in graduates of Engineering, Science, Commerce and Management.

Will you have an interview?

A) Those who are short-listed after the aptitude test will be called for a group discussion. Those who are short-listed after a group discussion will be called for a personal interview.
